Galanthus Dryad Remus (Pre-Order)

A true inverse poculiform snowdrop bred by Anne Wright at Dryad Nursery, part of the 'Romulus and Remus' pairing in her Myths and Legends series. In a true inverse poculiform all six segments are the same length and identically marked, so the flower appears almost double; here the mark is a bold emerald-green, broad parallel-sided stripe that fades to white before the ovary and has a distinct notch at the apex, repeated on the inners. It flowers at about 20cm high under glass, shorter outside, with almost erect leaves. True forms of this type are very rare in cultivation, making this a distinctive collector's snowdrop.
