Galanthus Gert-Jan van der Kolk (Pre-Order)

A fabulous and highly sought-after hybrid named for the renowned Dutch plantsman and galanthophile Gert-Jan van der Kolk, who is also famous for the virescent 'Green Tear'. Thought to be a cross between 'South Hayes' and 'Sophie North', it is a very neat, compact plant with broad, short, blue-grey leaves, bold green markings and shapely outer segments. The combination of strong markings and refined form on a tidy plant makes it a real beauty, and it remains a rare and premium cultivar offered by specialist nurseries.
